Enter the Ticket number e.g. T-1234 and your phone number.

When you decide to have your device inspected at UK Mac Repair we create a ticket within our customer resource management system (CRM). The ticket has a status which describes at what stage the task is at. The initial status is “Waiting for device”. When it is delivered to us it changes to “Device received”. Diagnosis is next then we issue a fixed price quote by email. If accepted the status changes to “In progress”.
