Simple 4-Step Process

1. Request a Quote

Complete our contact form below and describe the fault. If we can determine the problem from your answers, we’ll provide a fixed-price quote before you send your MacBook.

2. Send Us Your MacBook

Carefully package your MacBook and send it to the address we provide. We’ll confirm as soon as it arrives.

We use and recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery.

      • Typically £14 – £22. Buy online or over the counter at the Post Office
      • Take to your Post Office by the cut off time for delivery by 1pm next day
      • Full tracking
      • Photo and signature on delivery
      • Compensation cover up to £2500

3. Inspection & Diagnosis

We inspect and test your MacBook to confirm the fault and the repair cost.

      • If the original quote is confirmed, we begin the repair once you approve it.
      • If additional faults are found, we’ll contact you before any work is carried out.
      • If you decide not to proceed, a fee of £60 applies to cover disassembly, inspection, testing, reassembly and shipping.

4. Repair & Return

Once the repair is complete, we’ll send you an invoice.

After payment is received, your MacBook will be returned via insured Royal Mail Special Delivery with tracking and signature confirmation.

No Fix, No Fee

If you approve a repair but we are unable to fix the fault (its very rare), you won’t be charged for the repair.
